yes and no.. yes if OMHE had nothing to update in terms of acquisitions or mergers or developments regarding joint ventures or potential revenue producing endeavors.. NO if those shares are now used to acquire or merge or in some way shape or form bring assets or property into $OMHE.. if you see there is a vast discrepencey from UNRESTRICTED TO RESTRICTED SHARES and those 2 numbers make up the OUTSTANDING SHARES ... if we see a reduction in unrestricted shares, and restricted shares stay the same hence used for acquisition or merger of some sort bringing assets into $OMHE overnight then we will see the market price shares of $OMHE accordingly .. either way this is going up
