Whenever I see anything that includes "LP" I have to see if its a "master limited partnership" that carries K-1 taxes. I got burnt with MLP's last year so now I steer clear of them. Its a shame too I made good money with MLP's but they changed their tax structure and the end of year surprise wasnt pleasant.

For the money NAP's dividend far outweighs FGP's
