we don’t know exactly what kim is doing, how he’s doing it or why..so i can’t say there is nothing illegal going on..but i’m willing to assume kim isn’t that stupid..but i could be wrong..

kim has no one to blame but himself..kim bought property and locked shareholders into an 8 yr lease at inflated prices at the end of which shareholders will have paid for that property for him and it will be owned by kim free and clear...try to find out any more than that about the arrangement and kim will simply give you the finger..
that’s how i see it..is that fraudulent, a scam or illegal?..i don’t know..kim refuses to offer any further explanation for anyone to really know...
