You mean like the history of not diluting like a P&D?
History doesn't seem to stop people from claiming it's a dilution scam.

The fact of the matter is, as you state, it isn't illegal.
Which by definition means he is doing nothing wrong.

Stupid, slow, whatever people wish to call him Kim is running a legitimate company trying to get a product to market.

People try hard to make up things that are "wrong" and scenarios where that wrongness is an attempt to defraud his shareholders.

There is no evidence of that wrongdoing.
And Kim has done nothing that those that complain wouldn't do in his place.
Which is why he will never face a fraud charge.
Simply because he has never commuted fraud

As example... a car.

Heard about it for years. But every CEO on the planet drives a company car.
I think he spent a whole $10k on a single car over 10 years.

Ooooo bad news.

It's a "wrong" that isn't wrong but brought up as a red flag of warning constantly.
