That was business when he was a business man. Many on wall street also like "crashes" so they can come in and buy cheap while everyone else is panic selling....some even deliberately crash the system.
What was he supposed to do, keep his hands off real estate opportunities, while others snapped up
the cheap opportunities?? Yes, he'd stay in business a long time doing that..."not".
