Perhaps BlissBull or KyOil can take a look and let me know if this may be what Zion is experiencing with MJ#1:

Schlumberger - High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) Wells

Although relatively small in number, these wells often represent significant resource potential and are often located in areas where exploration in new horizons is ongoing.

The term, HPHT well can be applied to a well that is experiencing one or both symptoms.

It talks about being able to predict the pressures prior to entering a formation, verifying the right well control equipment is on-site prior to entering that formation, and being ready to adjust drilling plans when this type of well pressure is encountered.

Very similar to what we are hearing from Zion with respect to what they are seeing at the MJ#1 Well site.
