So he does have right information but does not share it to protect from shorts? How many times I have heard this excuse being used on boards.

Have you thought of simple logic of - company issues good info - market likes it more new SH starts buying and SP goes up
Shorts try to push it down and the market already likes the news such that any drop in price brings more new investors and SP still goes up.

The increased SP and visibility bring more analyst coverage.

So using short attack as an excuse is ridiculous defense of the CEO

Let him have a conf call and ask them direct questions on when trial will start and what are his big upcoming trial timelines and milestones?
Let him answer with straight face and straight answers .
