On the one hand you have an electric car manufacturer , with zero sales, dealership network or products currently available for sale....with a visionary ceo named Eric Mims convinced the world will eventually be filled with Mims cars. And maybe also solve 3rd world clean drinking water problems as a bonus. Great. Bring it on.

On the other side is John Bourque, and I dont think there's any need to rehash the last 6+ yrs of failure .
