What are you talking about? Please get your facts straight. Shell is an asset and therefore shell is for sale IMO. What do you not understand here? Shell purchase then ticker change happens all the time.

I already posted an example. Not wasting my time again. You are no expert in bankruptcy law IMO. No one here is.

This board is for OPINIONS and SPECULATIONS.

Here is my SPECULATION:

GBI buys SOUPQ shell (possibility).

GBI ticker change.

Commons are toast.

Zues has another ticker to invest in.
