On October 27, 2016,
the Issuer issued 1,000,000,000 (One Billion) shares of our common stock to Barton Hollow, LLC as consideration for anticipated services rendered and costs associated with the corporation. Subsequently, on February 15, 2017, Barton Hollow transferred those shares to Willard L. McCusker.



Care to show what happens next, anything after that event in red above would be great?
