Why would it drop if the deal falls through? Nothing is lost if it falls through, they are not banking on the deal whatsoever. It's just a bonus if it does happen. If anything I could see it slightly drop on the deal happening, based on spending and possible dilution and then start climbing based on it being tied for being the largest marijuana producer in the world.
