Generally speaking, the SEC cant handle its current case load and are typically years behind... That said, theyre also more focused on bigger scams/perpetrators than smaller ones, for obvious reasons

Thats why so many repeated scams go unimpeded on the otc,many times by the same people...just too small to chase, bigger fish in the sea
