The lower the stock price the more shares that will be given out to cover conversions. 40% discount to market. 2 or 3 billion authorized increase to cover dilution, then 1 for 1000 to get to amex with 60 mil in revenue. And still a net loss on that revenue. The failed munitions deals, and this non profitable machine business is why we are where we are.
