I'm a little surprised that you so easily dismiss the obvious lack of competence and care in this company's public reporting. It speaks to a lack of diligence on the part of management. When you publish 4 different numbers for outstanding shares you really don't give a damn. When you forget or neglect to include a required Cash Flow Statement you're incompetent.
When you leave these problems unaddressed, as they have been, you should be ashamed of yourself.
