.0001 to .0009 PICKS ONLY

HESG -why is there volume here almost daily if nothing ever materializes? whats the point unless another false breakout happens on some random 500,000,000 volume..all that aside, why is there 4000 volume at exactly 9:30:04 but no volume all day??

all opinions are welcome..but im more perplexed on the volume at exactly 4 seconds after the bell, not necessarily the amount of volume. just seems odd.

like honestly, maybe 200 people even know the ticker symbol HESG exists
