Yes I do understand that, but to me it does matter. I like to see my exact average while trading. call it personal preference. I have always liked seeing it and tracking it with out having to fo the figures daily during trades. I know I am up on profits but I like to see my average to keep from being higher than whatever rule/price I set when taking a position.
