it looks like he is talking in code, making a statement without making a statement. As already pointed out using a bible verse that leaves it up to interpretation, which in my opinion anyone who buys from here on out could sue the crap out of ZN out of the news statement if the test results are not good and the well flops, this was not smart at all, IMHO.

He would have been better off done like JFBroderick said and simply state

"unable to comment"
