Again, same as last quarter. I’m confused by the disappointment in the 10Q - didnt expect anything to show in this one anyway so what’s the problem? Settlement in 4th quarter, not third. Revenues have been said to not have happened yet, didn’t expect them either.

Just sit back, hold, and wait for more lawsuit progress...
