I will never believe that EVERY single drug store chain in the USA abides by some absolute rule that ALL plan-o-grams are done at a certain time. I call absolute BS!!!
We are sitting here during the hottest product selling time of the year (4th. qtr.) with family all getting together and BioElectronics Actipatch is NOT sold in one freaking bricks n mortar store in the USA?
What a horrible horrible joke. I shake my head vigorously on a daily basis trying to understand the mind of this CEO. How on gods green earth do you go from "we need FDA approval in the USA then things will really start to happen" and this man even told me to my ugly face that he already had CVS...as in DONE deal...1000 stores at least. He also told me to my ugly face, we have a $50M deal done as soon as FDA clears actipatch.
I just hope everyone understands that this CEO is a filthy liar. He can't get it done because he's to busy lying and selling shares.
I really hope Keith can do something positive but this CEO is a very serious problem.
It's understood very little can be done from a shareholder point of view but sincerely hope the SEC will follow-thru and remove this man from his position. even with a short-term set back in price with his removal (really how worse could it get), we would be infinitely better off in the long term.
How do you even begin the screw up an FDA clearance in the USA? That is a novel waiting to be written...I hope AW will write it one day from his federal prison cell next door to Bernie Madoff.
