Actually, they were just given to him as part of turning the company back over to him a couple years back. But he does own them. One might ask why he doesn’t buy more with his own money when blackout periods are over. This has traded in the trips most of 2016. He could have bought at 90% discount to today’s price. Yet he didn’t. That concerns me more than having 60M handed to him.
