Only saw that later. Shamefully, I became aware of MaxD thru following Tmmi. Very briefly there was a nonsense deal announced between the two companies, announced unilaterally by MaxD and then recanted. Tmmi never announced its participation.

Tmmi is a disaster of a different sort. Believe it or not MaxD looked relatively more credible, because of Trammel and an apparently real product in the sound app but I never thought MaxD had long term potential. I thought it was cheap when I bought it and I suppose it briefly was briefly. In particular, I thought the IPR wouldn’t be the disaster it turned out to be, and didn’t foresee Trammel’s departure, etc.
