@Camelot. Seems like I struck a nerve. Not sure what warranted the harsh reply. All you have to do is look at past mergers/takeovers like these and you'd have your answer. Typically the stock price of the acquirer takes a loss the day after the announcement.

Personally, I think it will rebound in a day or two as I think this stock is legit. But from my experience, it always goes down pretty quickly after an announcement like this. I hope it proves me wrong but...
