I doubt the SEC will come after you because you have a +5% position in a MK = $20K OTC stock & didn't file it. The next article says the SEC seems to be focusing on the most egregious offenders. If you have 300K shares of BSTN which has a current value of $2,400, and don't file, they are not going to fine you. They'll warn you first...
