What are you talking about smaller losses??

Operating losses are up $1m over the same 3 months last year. Even backing out the $820k judgement expense, it's still a $165k jump.

If you are talking about NET loss... that's not at all a useful figure, because it essentially treats the conversion of debt -> dilution as a revenue.

The faster this stock gets diluted to smithereens, the better the derivative liability looks... even though shareholders are having their equity destroyed

Only positive thing I see is their Qrtr over Qrtr loss getting smaller. Other than that doesn't look good at all
