Yes CWIR is just a pump and dump. Company recently got lowered to CE by OTCM for running a paid Promo and issuing a bogus shareholder letter.

The first claimed LOI has been proven by several to be bogus. They claimed they were acquiring a bankrupt trucking company. Well after contacting the trucking company it was found there is actually no deal between the trucking company and CWIR. The trucking company said they have never even spoke to anyone about being acquired by CWIR only their sister company.
