Let me get this right, management has told you about 5 'not-yet-issued' LOIs? Is this insider information? Doesn't sound like a company that is on the up-and-up. If they had anything they had alluded to, no right-minded/sound company would need to say anything to anyone. Only pinky companies that are 'all hat and no cattle' try to sell themselves before they prove themselves.
