How Skin Scientific fits in: MMEG has for a long time not been an "entertainment only" company. We are now an online social media/Reality TV/Films/Music/OTT Streaming/Mobile Advertising/Online Gaming/Ecommerce company.

*Note* the Ecommerce. Skin Scientific fits into the *Ecommerce* as it will be advertised through Blackfox Mobile Advertising (which will soon have video advertising as well).

The point is to offer Ecommerce globally as well as to offer the OTT Streaming/Games/TV shows/Music/Sports globally via social media networks GLOBALLY. In other words, offer content in other languages to worldwide social media networks, starting with Poolworks. This does in fact include Ecommerce.

We've already got Poolworks and Vkontakte. We now have Momentous's Chimera Games Division's most popular game on Vkontake in Russia in the Russian language, as well as on Poolworks in the German language.

Vkontakte has 420 million subscribers, and is the second largest social media network in the world after Facebook.

The point here is that Momentous is building a huge international machine, that will relay content/Ecommerce/etc. to social media networks worldwide. Not to mention Blackforce is a force all its own, with the intent to have advertising worldwide.

So far so good. Nothing snake oil about any of what is happening here. When Neurofuse and Skin Scientific close, we will have 5 acquisitions in under 9 months having taken place.

One only needs to look at what is actually being built to see how everything fits into the picture. If you want to see how this latest acquisition "fits into the scheme of things", view another very recent PR from September 28th. That is only a couple of weeks ago and they have already hit one item on that list you see in the PR below.

Keep your eyes open for the next acquisitions coming which will you will soon see in the areas of Online digital marketing courses,
High end business creation and growth courseware and seminars, and
Downloadable digital books and novels.

These Ecommerce and digital assets will be advertised through Blackfox worldwide, as stated in the PR yesterday. Also stated in the PR yesterday is that they will continue to do more acquisitions to fulfill Blackfox's strategic growth plan.

Momentous is building something very, very solid here, with a keen growth plan and multiple profit centers. There is literally so much going on here that we have ourselves quite an impressive company that is growing, and although there are some growing pains, they will be worth it, IMO.

These services could include: Search Engine Optimization, online market and traffic targeting assistance, digital analytics and marketing campaign design and deployment. Management plans to work to identify the top services that would be most valuable and quickly introduce these services to our Blackfox customer base.

3) Momentous plans to enhance the Blackfox technology platform by offering video ad services to increase revenue opportunities.

Management believes that a large opportunity exists to increase Blackfox revenues with the addition of video advertising technology to the Blackfox platform. Management is currently evaluating multiple video ad solutions and development approaches to bringing this new capability to market. Our goal is to get to market as quickly as possible with a new video ad engine that can surpass the competitors on the market while continuing to utilize Blackfox's market leading "payment only for performance" business model.

4) Momentous is in the planning stages of procuring "exclusive" private label e-commerce products that will allow MMEG to retain more of the product selling margins while using our Blackfox ad network platform to aggressively drive sales of the products.
