Beware of companies that state their purpose for the company is to purchase (Buy, with your money) and acquisitions (with the intent to Flip). How does this purchase fit into the scheme of thing, this is an entertainment company, not a Snake Oil Salesman? I think Kurt got took by a snake oil salesman, but that's OK, increase the A/S.
