T-Mobile - FCC bureaucratic wheels slowly turn.

Note the last Exparte relates again to Nov 9th activities, so it is more reporting of the late round of meetings.

Enjoyed the part where this related to T-Mobile advising the FCC on how to set rules for digging holes in the ground and placing poles, mounting antennas and such, allowing that is probably the best display of German engineering advice of recent memory. Now if there was only some way to assist the FCC in posting paperwork.
