brg88tx There are more shares outstanding today then when the 211 was filed.Ignore people that tell you different they have not been right yet and are getting shafted but good by Hilal. The CD holder still has plenty of stock. People posting dont understand what the REGDEX filing even means. Last year Hilal said that a vendor wanted stock that why last years REGDEX was filed. Anyone who understands the market knows that the filing is used to sell stock for cash. This is nothing more than a mom and pop operation!! Operating from day to day which was gloryfied by round. Hey l have said for 4 years Hilal is NO GOOD. The man lured in new investors with PRs that were out right lies. So far no one has complained to the local DA Thief by Deception. So far 95% of all PRs have been lies or they are on the back burner. Like a poster said Hilal leaves a small crack in the door to make us think something great is about to happen. In the meantime in 12 years the CEO has taken the stock from $375.00 to this level. If that doesnt tell you something nothing will. There might be a R/S by years end and that will wipe out the dream of the huge NS position There are no huge NS in CTKH Let them have there fun they have never been right about this stock yet!!
