It also depends on the level of recklessness involved. Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t the driver charged? He allegedly was asleep at the wheel right? If this is true and the co has a history of flagrant violations the insurance co will try to distance themselves from BTGI. Glad I got out last week. GLTA
