I agree with the "Soon" and feel they need to slow use of that term.

As for dilution: In the spring/summer of 2017 I think they promised to not do any dilution until September 2017. To their credit, I think they held that promise... but of course have been diluting since September.

I may be wrong, but I think they held up on dilution for that span of time.

They simply need better folks pushing their good points and handling press and IR.
