No one has suggested that FDA rules were for Anavex. What has been suggested is that Anavex trial is tied to the new FDA rules, therefore Missling is waiting for them to be implimented before officially submitting the trial.

That does not mean that the trial has not been reviewed, deemed to comply with the new rules, and selection critera is established.

I even suspect the INDs have been submitted but can not be approved until the new rules are approved.
