So IR doesn't research their own posts regarding the case well enough to know the gender of the judge but feels informed enough to comment on the proceedings.... GREAT!!!

Thank you for running that info down and confirming it SchlumpyStock-Picker. I am heavily invested in VDRM but I also take little things like this into account when considering a source and the data they proclaim.

Whoever their IR person is that sent that email should not be getting paid for doing IR as they are not informed enough to do so.

Hopefully, the case truly does go away in our favor soon.

We expect to have some news updates out soon. FDA and production hurdles have been cleared. The lawsuit is on the hands of judge awaiting his decision whether to dismiss the case.
