Burned by such promises by many bIotech CEOs - M is no different

So ‘Trust but Verify’ is mantra for me for all biotech’s - do not have blind faith - CEOs can say many things and change later

SEC filings are more important as they are legal documents and he does not giving any timelines for any trials (rightfully)

This means he has a lot of leeway of changing timelines and not even bother to given explanation

Look - he dropped MS from 10-q and now he does not have to say anything about MTA even after one year - has he explained or told anyone what is progress of MTA? No - can anyone get any answer -No
So SH do not have any power here.
