I spoke with Patrick at IDCC today and he informed me that IDCC NO LONGER MAKES PRESS RELEASE TO BLOOMBERG, OR OTHER NEWS AGENCIES. The decision was made that it was better to not release information regarding court decisions that a bad decision drives the stock down big time and a good decision drives it down 4 or 5 points. I said who the hell came up with that idea and he simply said it was IDCC'S.

I couldn't believe what I had just heard, so don't look for IDCC to tell any media orginization anything.

You have a habit of hearing one thing and interpreting it as another thing.

Perhaps what you may have heard is that EVENTUALLY, AFTER ANY GOOD NEWS REPORTED BY INTERDIGITAL, the stock goes down.

After good earnings, the price has tanked more than once. After the Huawei decision, the price went up and then moved down. Same goes for Apple's announcement. How about the Microsoft/Nokia settlement? Did you ever think that those who were lead to believe to expect BILLIONS IN BACK ROYALTIES are disappointed to receive a pauper's amount and thus the stock moves down.

Its the people like you who throw numbers out like Trillions (OR BILLIONS) of Dollars in IoT revenue for IDCC, OR BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS in back revenues from Nokia, LG, ZTE, and others and other wild-A$$ numbers you throw around that cause the stock to tank???

How many people buy tons of lottery tickets when the jackpot is in the high levels, only to be disappointed when they 'DIDN'T WIN THE BIG ONE!?' How many penny stocks turn out to be winners versus losers?

It's good to dream but don't pump your dreams onto others who will be disappointed if YOUR dreams don't come through!
