Somehow I don't get the impression the FCC is going to do the right thing, but we should hear soon. It depends whether they want to be pragmatic with a few conditions, or are they just going to embarrass themselves by rubber stamping corporate Amerika. T-Mobile doesn't have much chance, but we might just squeak through with a bit of acknowledgement.

There's the risk the Fibertower fly speck might get buried in the news as a public interest minor detail to many people.
