Ha, I don't think so. You don't "engineer" insider buying and the idea is preposterous. Buying is buying, which is cash that each one of these individuals reached into their own personal savings to invest in QSEP. No better way to tell investors that sales and revenue are coming. And, in general a quite reliable bullish signal to the market.
