Department of Defense Approval, Use?

...the Senate’s version of the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act would allow the Pentagon to sign off on unapproved drugs and medical devices.

Apparently this act would allow the Pentagon to independently determine and allow use for veterans of new drugs and devices without prior FDA approval.

Might Anavex 2-73 come to market first in the Armed Forces? Locally, we have a veterans facility burdened with many institutionalized with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases. Great cost savings, great patient health improvements.
