If it were a scam..they'd be putting out PRs...dumping shares under the ASK relentless....thats how these dilution share selling scams normally work. If they wanted to just do that...why wouldn't they just increase the OS to say 3 Billion and just start dumping shares at .0003-0004? They could make a bunch doing that..yet they aren't. No point in doing a RS unless it goes down to .0001 with no bid. IMO...sayin...
