Why wouldnt they? Seems like the next scammy move for them to do. Stock is pretty much worthless at this point. Reverse split would give the stock an increase in perceived value. At which point they can lure more investors in with another pump, followed by another dump. Then wash, rinse repeat until they are either in jail or company is in BK, which ever comes first.
