Do most restaurants pay more Han minimum wage

The better questions is... CAN they pay their empoyees well and STILL turn a net profit?

Absolutely! They are already doing it!

A party of 4 walks in and pays $26 just to take a seat and it pays for that severs labor + extra... before food, drinks, retail purchases, etc

... and one server can handle multiple tables right?

1 server covering 25 guests collect: $6 + 25 = $150 just for them to take a seat.

This business plan is awesome.
