Buddy you've been here a while now so you know they never give out prs lol. I believe a dismissal will happen today via court docket. Maybe next week an 8k with very little information definitely no numbers it will be under nda.

Also since the 10Q will probably come out next week. I am willing to guess that we will start our slide downward to the end of the year back to under one cent. The only thing that can save the price from sliding downward is a great settlement by way of an 8k with numbers cause that 10Q coming out next week is going to be out right nasty. And 10k will not come out until april of next year then maybe pps will start to truely rise depending on how the rest of the settlements go. This is only a patent play (litigation) there will never be any huge deals/contracts those are just carrots and fantasies. If ever we have huge deals or contracts it will be by way of settlements only. Kay and crew have proven that they cannot accomplish anything. I believe ropes and gray can accomplish something not mark. Mark will only destroy what ropes and gray accomplishes as far as pps is concerned. I state facts not fiction.
