I have no concern about the potential of the company, but I have some concern about stock price in the future. Will the company keep the current stock structure, don't increase the number of shares until buyout? There is 5b AS. Kay only promised us no RS. I don't remember he promised no dilution.

I don't have much knowledge about stocks, don't know if it is workable for the company to increase number of shares to increase their gains.
