AS increase makes perfect sense to me. RS is nothing but a scare tactic that has zero value at this stage. You typically do that when you clean your books and get ready for a higher trading platform that requires you to do so.

Let’s say tomorrow the company did a RS. What do they gain? Nothing
What do they benefit? Nothing
Is it harmful to the company? Yes
