AgroFresh International, Malaysia and Rush Group, United Kingdom (http://www.rushgroup.co.uk/) had signed a RM270 million ringgit worth of banana purchases. September 1, 2015, AgroFresh International and British international trading company Rush Group Ltd. held a signing ceremony at the AgroFresh administrative headquarters. The two sides agreed on a five years arrangement with Rush Group purchasing RM270 million worth of bananas from AgroFresh International.

AgroFresh International Malaysia founder Dato’ Tom Chow and Rush International Ltd. CEO and President of Asia Pacific region, Chris Lioe jointly attended the signing ceremony. The contract states that Britain’s Rush Group has agreed to purchase RM270 million worth of Cavana Premium bananas from AgroFresh International for the duration of five years to supply the huge market demand in Europe.
