There is no transparency here on anything much less guidance.

Just because folks wish things will happen to keep hopes alive, doesn't mean they will in fact occur.

This is a POS scambag with total disrespect for shareholders.

Consider that they announced last year that 2014 & 2015 financials would be released on Jan. 31, 2017, and they weren't, and there has not been any reason given why, right up to this moment, 9 months later, and you should begin to see the MO here.

Any talk that there are "secret" talks with the SEC are pure and simple BS.
If that were true that would be a material event that would need to be communicated to shareholders.

. . . and what about 2016 and 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Q 2017 results?
