Sure. To be fair, OTCMarkets has tried twice to get TAs to give them that information on a regular basis. So far, it hasn't worked, presumably because the issuers aren't enthusiastic. Probably the TAs don't want more work, either, though it's not very much work.
Again, OTCMarkets isn't a regulator. It can't force issuers or service providers to do anything.
