If you can show me any DC Phase 3 trial in GBM during the last 111 years, even though the FDA was established during the Kennedy era in the 1960s, that might have reason to keep their trial blinded until OS results were clear because of possible issues with brain scans being misinterpreted as progression due to the use of outdated parameters used to determine progression during times when immune response may have been happening, then I'll take the time to find a trial like this that didn't disclose the reason for a screening hold for you lol.
