al44 and excel, I will use the wood chips as a base, then chopped straw, and then a thee-inch layer of compost to plant garlic among the herb plants.
Doing so much and I have not completed this raised bed project.
The trellises in the picture below were angled, but on now vertical now that the herbs have been moved into this raise bed. I will use the remainder of blocks as a boundary for another herb bed.
For a little piece of property, I don't know how a farm can be operated.
